  • I'm watching you guys. :naughty:

Don't know how you can face a medicinal anything alcoholic. I certainly couldn't last week. I am starting today. You lot can please yourselves if you want to drink again tonight, but it is that kind of thinking that has got me to being 3 stone overweight so i want to nip it in the bud now before it becomes more. I have weak will power at the best of times, so i need to harnass it while i have it.

God, don't you just hate it when people talk sense!:rotfl:

Nasty pasty - I will behave, if you ever think of going back to work you should go straight for Head Mistress and miss out any 'ordinary' teaching jobs......you're far to scary - straight up the ladder to the top job!:o

GG - Japan - he will hate it, the food is all fish based and mainly raw - at least it wil kick start his diet! No extra money for going and not even any time off to make for being away and working over a weekend:mad:

No spend day today, I think that means that so far in 2011 I have spent 0.00p - except for the one I left in GG's diary.:rotfl:

I have cheated and left all booze and chocolate at BF's house so have no temptation here

So please Miss Cha can I have a gold star (creep creep)

I hate travelling away with work, so I feel for you H, everyone thinks it really glam, but you end up knackered and just wishing to be home, then before you get over the jet lag your back at work

What are we like? Excuses already. Well, we can finish today maybe.

I am a bit annoyed with myself as i have been so good all day too, but it has been a tough one today. You lot will all feel more like it too when you get a bit better.

NO!!!!!!!!! And you can shift your !!!! back over to the weight loss thread & update it as we are going to be shifting some serious lard this year :j
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Maybe she is updating the weight loss thread :)

Or she has toppled into the glass of Baileys, as she didn't say how big the glass is

Plus I need to tell her off for writing a post in white, thought something had gone wrong with my laptop

Lol I'm being good Gally because the weight loss thread keeps me going and I can't believe I'm now bigger than some other people on there when I used to be a stone lighter. Lunch was some veggies cooked in morrocan spices and half a pack of pre-cooked tomato rice (terrified of reheating my own rice after a dire bout of food poisioning last year where I actually started hallucinating!). Glad you had the guts I didnt to yell on TPAs thread though!

If you have to drink oddly a glass or red contains significantly fewer calories than white. You can get a medium glass for 100 calories ish. If anyone can tell me why (I'd love to know!) I definately think they get a star.
