And WAY too expensive :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:. I don't even know what the other folks who're going are willing to spend so guess the organiser needs to sort that out.

We got a VERY good deal through Expedia. It is worth it!

If you want to stay downtown rather than on the strip, the Golden Nugget is gorgeous and very reasonable.

  • Spurred on yet again by cha, I have listed two items on ebay, packaged up three ink cartridges for Tesco recycling and put an old printer on freecycle.:j

I really must list some more things on ebay, not done any 'baying' for quite some time now!

    Cha..I think I love you!!

    Hi TPA!

Hope you don't mind me asking you a question? :o

When you sold all your stuff through Music Magpie, did you receive a bag to send it back or a box or anything?

I have a fair few DVD's & CD's to sell so was just wondering..

    Thanks in advance

No box, but they do send you a pre paid label, or alternatively you can use their free courier service. That reminds me I am due a phone call of them today.

One of my items has sold on ebay..less than 24 hours after listing it - am very excited (is only about £10 after postage and fees but feels like a lottery win:rotfl:) Think i'm so excited as it was something I forgot I had and had no intenetion of ebaying it, then cha popped into my head and I thought 'come on woman get your finger out'! So I did!!

Will be back later, have three mystery shop reports to write up first!

No not my dog, but does remind me of him - very cute but naughty!

E*A are making me laugh at the moment with the 'egg' shops, they have lowered the fee by 25% and are not paying the reimersment any more either! All my localish ones are still showing..surprise, surprise, I am waiting for the phone call asking me to do them at the last minute for an extra £1 if i'm lucky! Normally I would take about 6 of them and do a round trip, but for that money there is NO chance!

Have applied for a few eye jobs on Tern for next Monday, as again I could do 5 in a round trip making it worth while, trouble is they haven't got back to me yet, which leaves me in limbo, do I take other jobs in similar areas in the hope they get allocated to me, or do I leave it and have the day off, as I've said before with deisel prices the way they are I need to make a trip worth while.

Today again spurred on by cha I have:
    • Recycled diet coke cans in Tesco 34p earned:rotfl:
    • Sold one of my items on ebay:jMaking £11.55 after all fees
    • Dyed my own hair:eek:saving me £45 (hairdresser charges me £20 a cut and £50 for cut and colour), hair dye on offer in Tesco two for £10 so thought I would give it a go. I am currently '550' mahogany (sp) Am going to grow my hair again, can trim my own fringe so only need a cut three times a year:D:eek::p
    • Printer has gone to a good home via freecycle
    • Completed three mystery shops
    • Booked one further mystery shop
    • Requested a V Slicer on freecycle as ours has fallen apart
    • Did the bi weekly shop at Tesco using my £7 off a £50 shop
    • Used a 5p a litre off desiel voucher
    • Gained another 5p off a litre voucher which I will use to fill hubbys car
    • Am having NO wine tonight:j Cha hope your reading!!
    Phew I'm exhausted now!

  • Just a thought........

Hubby has got a PSP with games in the top of the wardrobe that he hasn't played in probably 2 years.......would it be wrong of me to list it on ebay without asking him........
