:rotfl:Mine does this. She knows what a tin opening sounds like, I could be opening a tin of soup and she pratically sprints down stairs incase im opening a tin of cat food!

Well done Psycho!! Keep up the good work :D

Lol, this reminds me of when I used to live at home - if my dad was cooking he would always sharpen his knife on the steel first, whether he was going to be chopping meat or veg. Seconds later there would be the scrabbling of padded feet as all the neighbourhood cats fought for position in the kitchen!

Pad for me of £1 again today just found it at the bottom of my bag, probably from when I've been shopping and just dropped the trolley pound in there!

Just off to the gym in a few minutes, I'm going to weigh myself in the hope that this weeks efforts have paid off. I don't feel much thinner though :(

    See you later xx

  • £2.00 for me today please F F.

Off to Pilates now. Much more sedate than shred but works well at the toning.:o

p.s. On the subject of cat sick, I had a very pukey puss and a friend suggested that I give him more fluids. He didn't drink water, except out of dirty puddles so I have been giving him little bits of cat milk. Not stopped being sick completely but definitely helped. Hope this helps someone else. xx :)

 to l.m.hart, welcome to PAD land. Very addictive so be warned! Just remember to make your PAD big, bold & bright so that the counter-upper can spot them, it's flying_fresian doing the counting this month.

Sorry to hear about the specs green, I remember the days I used to open the door, dreading the chaos I would find when we got Sticky (she's almost 7 now). I use a couple of places online for precription glasses, through Topcashback for an extra saving. Prefect Glasses is one, or Exclusive Eyes. Much cheaper than the high street! Am I allowed to say names????

Hats off to all those doing Shred, I looked at it online and that just about exhausted me :D I tried SW online a week or two ago, but found it really difficult to get my head around. I did WW a couple of years ago and that's kinda stuck in my head so I'm back on it as of today. How does all the weight you lose just creep back on soooo quietly? Gah! Start all over again...

£5.00 pad for me today please f_f, to CC1. I'm hoping that I'll get my bonus in my January pay next week so I may be able to clear the little blighter at long last...

    Have a good evening everyone.

Thanks for the tip Allie, I'll give this a try on our 'delicate' puss :D
