Thrifty Pixie; well done on the weight loss! That's a great start, how are you doing it? I did sign up to Weight Watchers online but I didn't seem to get on with it. Please, share your secret
Bye all
Diz
thenkin yew! to be honest i think my rapid loss this past week is mainly down to cutting down on alcoholi now don't drink from Mon-Thurs and when i do drink i'm on vodka and diet cokes instead of pints of Strongbow! the past few months the DH and i had been way too naughty about sipping wine every night and it had piled on the lbs. i am also watching what i eat but i haven't been depriving myself. i'm too piggy for that
i know that this week will be slower though, so i am starting on some exercise tonight to make sure i don't slip back
Hope everyone is faring well....:T

They were really nice at the hospital and everything went really smoothly (smoothest of all 3 ops in fact). Can't sleep now and feel drunk/dizzy from the general anaesthetic....ahh well cant have it all my own way I suppose
No pad today but will make up for it a bit more when I am feeling a tad better.
Hugs to those that need them :grouphug:
