Dilemma - Live in the moment or plan for the future? :undecided
Personally (and after much soul-searching and a very painful LBM, I can tell you) I decided that one can always find excuses to spend money now, but the sooner I got out of debt the sooner I could do bothflying_fresian wrote: ȣ2 into the Oops I Bought An IPod fund

Hiya peeps!
PaD of £10 for me today please
Found out I am getting a pay rise the other day. Only an inflationary one, but better than nothing. I hope to get a little more once our appraisals are over with in the next month or so.
I'm sorry to hear so many of you are having a hard time. The first few months of the year always seem to be a danger zone for cars in my experience. Many's the time I've had to plump £100's on an already chubby credit card to stay on the road and then spent the rest of Spring feeling sick with worry. I hope it works out for you all.
Keep smiling

Good luck tomorrow booby.
Nervously awaiting my MOT and the quote for new gearbox.... managed to scrape together just over £400, may be able to get a bit more but I seriously hope it's not going to be more!! On the bright side, my MOT will be out the way sooner rather than later.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

afternoon all.
STILL no PAD her I'm afraid, expenses still not in and that has foreced me into my OD
On a positive note, I phoned mint last night as I had accidently overpaid the card and they offered me a 0%BT, only for 6months, and not enough to clear my 9% card but at least some of it is off so interest payments will eb lowered - every little helps aye?
BIG HUGS for those finding it difficulta t the minute - you know we are always here, even just to rant!New surname New start!

The initial damage was £1300 + vat but as my speedo isn't a legal requirement for the MOT, I shall carry on using my satnav instead and cost of mot repairs is just £213 all included. The garage are going to have a look for secondhand parts to give me a cheaper price but I'm happy leaving it!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
