£2.26 today nearly there to plastic free day (Friday)!! :j
    Debts at Highest £18600
    Overdraft £550/£900
    Egg Loan currently £6253
Credit cards - GONE AGAIN as of 26/07/11
    THIS TIME IT'S FOR REAL!
    Aiming for DFD 26/01/2012
  • And the spending rolls on relentlessly. Another £600 for tools. Another nearly £100 for a tyre (they are large, higher pressure ones), and another £30 for getting the tracking done on the van. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. :D .
But it has to be done. The well over £2k I've spent on tools in recent weeks will net me about £4k in their first year - as well as enabling me to work faster with less strain my my ageing body. Always, the pain of laying it out has to come before I get it back. You should see a couple of plum jobs I've landed because I have the kit to do them now. It will be worth it but I probably won't be in profit from the latest outlay until next Spring.
I'm actually having delusions of competence.
