I have indeed exchanged - was keeping quiet so as not to jinx it - and I completed and got keys last Thursday! Whoop whoop. Lots of weekends painting and DIY coming up for me.

:T:TCongrats on the new place Andy - enjoy the decorating! Glad it all went smoothly for you.
Remember, Ikea instructions are not just guidelines. Follow the pictures lest you want to spend an hour dismantling a bed when you realise you've used the wrong screws...*

*This happened to Papa Fresian who thinks that instructions are for the weak *rolls eyes*

£8.98 to the CC for me today, just to bring it down to a nice round figure. I think I'm becoming a little OCD about round balances...

Hope all the Mum's are being spoilt this morning. Off for breakfast with Mama Diz & Lil' Sis Diz in a mo...

    Get well soon juliejim.

That's lovely Allie - I know how much my Mum loves her grandchildren (from Lil Sis Diz - we have not been blessed), she thinks the world of them.

Another £1.00 - found on the floor so straight into the change pot.

  • Has anyone heard of The Book People website? I've just stumbled across them and they have a set of books I want for really cheap... just wondered if anyone has experiences with them?
