It's potentially going to lead to disciplinary action as 'i'm not managing my sickness properly'... excuse me for losing my voice, and having food poisoning and the D&V bug within 6 months! Makes me so mad that they can get away with treating us like this. If it goes through then it means my promotion interview is void as you can't get promoted with a disciplinary on your record. How can your employers legally tell you how many times you are allowed to be sick without any action??? Anyone know any employment law?!!

Try havng a quick look on here. Your employers can't really do much apart from make you feel awful about it. It's also very unfair measuring sickness over the 6 winter months which is when everyone's more likely to pick up bugs - might be worth asking them to look at your sickness record over 12 or 18 months.

Morning all.
I got a 'new' car at the weekend. My mum got a new new car so my brother (second child on the way) got her 'old' car which is an 08 reg. I got my brother's old car which is the same age as mine but is a 5-door rather than a 3-door as mine was. My brother didn't get round to cleaning it out. £1.35 of my brother's shrapnel into my sealed pot today :rotfl:Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
£67 today please :TErrrr...come back later0
