Afternoon everyone,
I feel for you psyco i really do. I was in a similar situation a few years back only it wasnt me how was poorly it was my little boy. I was basically called a liar everytime my little boy was poorly (they thought i just wanted the day off!!), my manager even asked me why i had to look after my poorly child and could no one else do it!? I dont know employment law but i put in a complaint about my manager accusing me of skiving and like you not being able to manage my childs sickness better but i never got anywhere with it. I was just told to sort something out. Hope you can get something sorted hun its just not fair.
