Not sure if its polite to ask, but im interested in how you guys do the payment a day - for example has your 64p already been sent to the cc or is it in a jam jar waiting to become a bigger amount of money?

I really want to starting chipping away at my CC and would love to pick up some tips x

I have on-line banking so when my bits add up to to £5 I pay that into the bank, move it to an Internet savings acc until I've got £20 ish and then pay direct to the cc. This is amount is in addition to the minimum payment when the statement comes out. So far this month I've paid £25 and I only started PADding this month. I didn't think it was possible either. Good luck and happy PADding.

I have not been about much as things were tight last month. Payday was Friday so I paid £193.85 to Egg today to clear the card (now just need to get it to stay that way:o)

  • Right. Not been in here for months.
Thing is I know it works so today I made a PAD of £60 to NW CC, and £3.96 to the little glass balls of hell card (Marbles).
    I will get there.
