Shred is really difficult at first but it gets easier from about day 3/4 onwards. You really start to notice the difference but I also need to get back into it too.February wins: Theatre tickets0

Hi all!
I've already declared my PAD for today, but just wanted to come in quickly and sympathise with those of you doing/avoiding ShredI agree that you're supposed to do it every day and that it gets better after about day 3, although I would sincerely advise that you do a longer warm-up and cool-down than on the DVD as I had to take a day off with w*nky legs after two days
I haven't done it since August 10th (nerdy spreadsheeter that I am, I know this) but will be attacking it again soon as I have a number of weight loss goals that I am determined to achieve this year after stopping smoking and getting married last year (and all the extra scoffing that those two encourage).
