Morning all - no PAD today I'm afraid as I am still awaiting expenses - just for a change!

Quick question - I did the shred DVd last night - though I was going to die!! Are you meant to do it every night or is having a night off tonight OK - I think I might cry if I need to do it again this evening!

Right - off to do some surveys - ahem I mean work!

Minni - I feel your pain, Shred is a total killer, especially to start with. I'm sure you're meant to do it every day as well like Green said. I did it for about 2 weeks, started taking breaks of a couple of days and then couldn't force myself to do it again. :o Really should get back into it as it is a good workout and I'm *really* unfit. :o
