Yeah i got that letter too but already had 'extra' payment back in Dec and following payments have reduced accordingly. Still unsure what its for as i couldnt get through to them today, AGAIN! Thanks tho hun

I think it said something about updating their system how they can still manage to mess up a payment that has not changed in nearly a year I dont know. lol hope you find out for deffinate (SP?) soon
