A £5.34 payment for me today please x
    may groc challenge £167/£280...
  • Haven't got much oomph left in my lappie so this needs to be a quick one, but hewwo peeps! :)

Please put me down for £32.99 for the past several days. I'm merely PaDing bits and bobs now until payDay next Fri as I've just had to spend £450 on my car  Still, I haven't really spent anything on it for two years, so I guess I shouldn't grumble. My car insurance is due in a couple of weeks, too, so I must be a little frugal in March. Luckily I should be getting my c/c cashback payment of around £100 so that'll help. It just means I can't save as much next month (but at least it's not racking up debts, hmm?)

    Anyhoo, I hope everyone's well.

  • Afternoon all. £2 from me today.

Silaqui, my heart goes out to you and your friend. My best friend lost her mum December before last. They were so close - they spoke to each other either by text, phone or email every day. I'm not very good at knowing what to say either, but I did what I could, including going to the funeral to support my friend. Since her mum died, people tend to try and avoid certain subjects in front of her, but I don't - I act as normally as possible without being insensitive. That's all you can do - be there for her whatever she needs.
