    Hi everyone,

Sorry I have been AWOL for a while, it's crazy busy at work at the moment, also my best friends mum died at the weekend, was a bit of a shock as she was only 48. Obviously my friend is distraught so I've been over there every evening and I've been trying to support her as best I can but I'm terrible at being sympathetic, there's just nothing I can possibly say or do. I've never even lost a grandparent so haven't got a clue how it feels.

No pads for me today, sorry Julie

    Hope you are all ok

    xx

Sorry to hear about your friends mum,try not to worry about what to say.I'm sure your friend is grateful that you are there, actions speak louder than words and shows that you care too. x
