Balance transfer has been processed now, so Virgin card is looking quite high again, but Halifax is 0!!! Wahooo!!! 24.9% to 1.9%! NICE!

Cracking bit of rate crunching there Euro :T:money:~ that'll show 'em!

Just £4 for me today jj to random short-term savings ~ will try and do better towards payday but just have a bit of a mental block about emptying my account too early in the pay month ......... just in case (I don't know 'just in case of what' as have 'pots' for every conceivable spending situation! :o)

greenstars.gif What a drop! Well done for shifting to a fabby rate!!! Oh, you know we're all going to keep asking about the meet up thingy now you've told us, so now you have to go :D Have a great time, it might even be fun!

Thank you! I've been waiting so long to be able to do that!! As I am no longer a UK resident, I am unable to apply for new credit, so I had to wait until one of the cards was clear before I could see about getting a lower interest rate.

They've also now given me 0% interest on all purchases made from petrol stations and supermarkets until 4 April, and the 0% interest rate on that lasts until August! I won't be using it, but it's nice to have something positive like that available for a change.

Ah yes, the MeetUp. I decided that a Friday evening was better as I didn't have as much time to talk myself out of it, and my colleagues will tell me to go all day, don't chicken out, you'll enjoy etc. :D
