New Oil Boiler

We are about to purchase a new Oil Boiler, it needs to have an output of 25kW / 85000 BTU, and I believe it will need to be one of the High Efficiency type.
Has anyone got any recommendations? seen any good deals? or advice?
I have thought about a change to lpg, as an equivalent boiler is about 50% of the oil boiler cost, am I thinking too short term?
Thanks.

I too am going through the process of deciding whether to switch to oil or stay with CALOR. My lpg boiler is about 19 years old so I guess any boiler change will be beneficial. Its hard to get any independent advice for either lpg v oil in terms of running costs and efficiency.0
