Yet you drive a Vectra Repmobile.

Cheap A to B car, nothing more..... Cheaper than a small hatchback of the same age, with more kit/toys as standard. If I want adrenaline I open up the garage ;)

Until there is a problem and their dealers just fob you off with "that's how it is" and Toyota GB don't care! I have a two month old Yaris and conclude it's the most expensive car buying mistake I've made - ever! I should have had more sense because I knew they are French built before buying!:D

I agree with that, they are cheap, but of course there is a very good reason for that.

    Think ... market forces.. :)

^^ Cheap because 90% of the UK think that smaller automatically = better MPG and lower tax. ;)

If anything I'd expect the fleets to be far more willing to tear them a new one if there were big problems - there's big money at stake after all compared with Joe Bloggs and his £6k.

Maybe that's true but I'm sure this group has been bust, had "management buy-outs" etc before.

At my company, we have 1000+ employees and we are all taught to give great service to our customers, even if they are spending a thousand rather than a million.

Just strange to come across a company from the 1970s again :rotfl:

God I sound old! I guess Toyota have never been the brand to 'set your heart racing' but its nice to know I could probably lap the earth 5 times and the engine would still purr like a kitten!

    Oh I dunno - think Hilux :)

Aren't most dealers like that? regular Arther Daley's ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Words fail me for how inept this company are :rotfl:

Bought a car on my debit card, 6k, some fault with their shoddy PDQ machine caused them to run around, be rude, keep me sitting around for three hours while they talked to their wives on mobiles before Barry, the overweight and frankly ill looking "Business Relations Manager" wheeled in Perma-tanned Paul, the top man who was even ruder.

As it stands, this is probably the worst service I have ever recieved...and a few years ago I visited Carcraft so that should show you how bad they are.

I would avoid their windswept, miserable offices if I were you

Evans Halshaw at Stockport are just as crap too!
