Had a good look round at the weekend to find all my stash and was quite horrified! My bathroom window sill looks like the toiletries aisle at Tesco.
Only one UU so far: chucked an old nail file cos I found a new one in a box.
Also binned an ancient Clinique facial soap that smelled odd.
No INS so far!!No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -

I think we may have to reinstate the "doing lines for bad behaviour again! It's that or the naughty step for you! :rotfl:
Nothing to report here.....:(
My lines are done. Can I get off the naughty step please :rotfl:Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -

I poured it down the sink and it was like yellow opaque water, it had no named fragrance on it, but a 'Made for Littlewoods Stores Limited' label. Littlewoods disappeared from the high streets years ago ....
I wouldn''t have even risked it on the one use I have for unwanted body lotion, which is to clean leather shoes and furniture. Baby wipes are also good for this.
Oooh this sounds like some of my recent finds too!!!
Good tip about the body lotion too - I never realised you could do this:T0 -

there are some subjects you can't talk about with friends and my sister is getting fed up with my moans :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Dh refuses to either talk about it or go to relate:(:(:(I love him to bits and still fancy him like mad and he is a great provider and father BUT I still need and want some affection(read into this word:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) and he is not bothered if we do or dont:(:(:(When i asked why he does not kiss me he just says things change learn to live with it !!!!
just read a letter in a mag about a man the same age who was percribed the blue pills but really was not interested.........just like mine:(:(,only time he shows interest is when we go away to a hotel but even then it is only afternoon or morning never at night and he cant understand why I would want a nice snogging session!!!
I was soo fed up (esp as he started watching a really nasty US violent film ) that I went to sleep in DS3s bed, funny thing was tho I expected to be cold BUT after my Lush bath(have to say dont like the bombs much as prefer bubbles and have told DH this but he still bought me bombs:()I was too hot and threw back one of the 2 duvets:rotfl:DH was all smiley this morning and asked if I was cold and why I had gone there?God men are stupid:mad:said there was no point sharing a bed with someone who did not want me and that it was up to him if/when I went back.Trouble is I do sleep better with him around and our bed has my lushious french linen sheets on.
Asked him why he married me and he said so I could cook and clean for him:mad::mad::mad:
my Christmas pressie from him were a necklace I chose myself,Lush bath bombs and chocies....not much imagination there then!I bought him loads of stuff that I had spent ages choosing......think I will stay in spare room for a while
agree with the candle thing ,time to use "best" clothes, toiletries etc esp as my age ,never know what is round the corner:rotfl:man from church age 52 just had a massive stroke and DS3s tutor sim age died within 3 weeks of being told he had cancer.........make sme think in 2 ways a/ should I accept Dh for what he is or b/ should I expect to enjoy what life I have left to the full????????
sorry to ramble!!!
Oh (((((((((rosemary)))))))))) I can totally relate to what you say, my OH is impossible at times. What a horrible way to treat you, I would like to come round to your house and give him a kick up the bum!!!
PM me anytime you want to talk xoSniggers at "north of the border"! :rotfl: I just can't make myself do it! I'm glad I'm not the only one.
On the Christmas front I got some Sanctuary, some Yes to Tomatoes shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and some Margaret Dabbs footcare stuff.
It's all lovely - It's just that saw all of it in the sales and combined with the gift givers not being able to visit until this weekend it made me wonder....
I'm sounding really ungrateful aren't I?:(
It's just that if they'd told me that was the plan, I could have done the same thing - instead of paying full price and then paying postage to send it so they'd have it on Christmas Day :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Hmm, now you put it like that I guess you do have a point!!!
I LOLed at 'north of the border' too! :rotfl:tara I adore Pro Collagen Marine Cream. I've used it for about 6 years now and can definitely tell the difference if I don't use it. I'm a bit stingy though and don't use it as a night cream. Prefer something a bit thicker in consistency at night. Enjoy! What else was in your kit?
All this:
http://www.timetospa.co.uk/skincare/skincare-collections/Elemis-Sparkling-Beauty/
I got mine for £24.xx though.
I wouldn't use the marine cream during the day as I don't think it has SPF and I insist on SPF during the day. I like to use a really good night cream as the skin repairs itself more efficiently at night (so I'm told anyway).

20,000 step a day challenge0 -
Just procrastoshowered ( I have my university exams coming up! EEEKKK!). Naturally, because I had some time to waste
I washed and deep conditioned my hair, washed, and even used some of the avon foot scrub that I have acquired on my tootsies. I step out of the shower to pumice my feet (why not, after all- I'm procrastopampering!) to spot a The Body Shop peppermint foot lotion LAUGHING at me, hiding behind aforementioned pumice stone! I have never been so upset to see toiletries in my life
. Naturally, I am so annoyed at this cheeky blight hiding from me that I endeavour to put lotion on my feet 100 times a day if needs be.
I think i've gone slightly mad
Procrastopampering LOL!!!!! :rotfl:Yes I am fine, have spoken to hubby and we have agreed to go to councilling (sp). Hopefully we can sort this out.
I hope you get things sorted out Rosemary, I can honestly say I know what you're going through . You are definitely amongst friends as I found out.
Glad to hear it lynseydee, hope it all works out for you. Keep us posted xoxomummyofonechild wrote: »Evening Ladies.
I hope you are all well.
I have failed the challenge. Naughty Me
I have just been onto Boots.com and spotted the discontinued Soap and Glory Clean Mary Cleanser for £6 a bottle so have ordered 4. I have also sent a PM to QNMW as she said on another thread that she would have stocked up if she had known it was going to be discontinued.
I hope she will find this information useful.
Nothing else really to report. No use ups today or even splutters.
I am off work tomorrow so will try and have another no spend day.
Have a good evening everyone
MOOC xx

Oh, nearly forgot what I had to tell y'all! I have another UU - Body Shop Wise Woman night cream. WIBA - probably but only as part of a glitch. It cost me £4 on a glitch as it was free with two £2 soaps (so actually it cost nowt
) so will put £4 into the pot and update my sig.
Tonight has been another pamper night, I am sitting with body butter on all over and extra butter on my feet with tick socks on. Bliss! I also did a Clinique Total Turnaround mask, it was lovely! Yay for pampering.
I will also be hitting the Boots 75% sale but only if there's anything I REALLY REALLY want. I have a renewed focus on saving pennies as we have seen a house that we LOVE and it's slightly over budget!I wonder how low they would go if we made an offer...
