Helloo i have been looking at my accounts. I need to save a lot quickly. So i am going to save more and spend less.
I will ring Virgin tomorrow and find out why my phone/tv bill is so high and maybe go to basic package? Does anyone know the difference between freeview and a basic package?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Mam was very well all day today Kit, she ate over half her lunch, had a little tea with a dunked bourbon, then every bit of her dinner tonight (her favourite - scrambled egg, with a type of baked beans gravy), and a corner yoghurt, plus another cuppa and dunked biscuit. We normally spoon feed her the meals but I gave her a tea spoon to try to feed herself today and she managed fine, with a little help, but only managed to eat half as she took a lot longer eating that way. Same with her tea, we start off 'feeding' it to her on a spoon and then help her to hold the cup to drink it properly - that way, it is more of the comforting 'cup of tea' feel she gets
She is talking really well, and is not asking for the toilet now. My brother cut her finger nails and my sister filed them smooth, so she felt pampered, and was laughing and smiling lotsMind you she did say to me this moning 'I wonder how long I will have to stay here' and tonight, she wanted to come home with us, but was fine when she wasn't well enough to come home
Oh and I have given her some jellies today (those soft orange and lemon slices you only seem to get at Christmas) and she chews them to keep her mouth moistened and it works well. It gives her a nice taste in her mouth too. Many thanks to Nicca for suggesting this :AMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
