tell Virgin you are thinking of going to Sky as they can offer you a better cheaper package, ie £20 a month, and see if they will price match or offer you some free stuff to stay with them.

grrrr to that.

it used to happen to me a lot, when I was posting in another forum.

In the end I would type in word and copy and paste, that way if I lost connection or the forum lost my stuff, I had a copy. But it was a pain doing it that way.
