Just arrived back from post office. I emptied last year's money box and purchased a few groceries - i have not done a supermarket food shop this week. So far i have spent £13 on food this week including nearly £5 today. Not bad! I buy so much stuff i never use it most of the time. I like this going back to basics i will learn not to waste money.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
