I hope they work quickly Boult it can take sometime and you will have more energy. ~Steve says go to Holland and Barrett but i think the Dr will give you a prescription.

yes Dr will give prescription but unless Boult gets free prescriptions, it might be cheaper to buy direct from chemist or Holland and Barrett. They currently have buy 1 and get any other item half price.

3dogs: so lovely that you've seen your mum. I like it when old people hang on. I used to be a volunteer for my local age concern, and one old lady was so cute and would always want to hold your hand. I loved her! Oh and one lady had the most gorgeous jewellery, she was nice too. They used to be quite inspiring actually. Anyway, im going off on one!

LOL yes & all I did was shout `shush` to the dogs at 4.30 that morning...still I`m glad I didn`t let them out if there were intruders about.

Great to hear your Mam seemed to have a good day...she certainly ate well & thats so important.

Make sure you rest too...its been a long day for you . Thankyou for the card too...it was lovely x
