i was sorting out the food delivery! i had loads of shop jobs to help fund my way through univerisity life. I used to get all excited and chase after shoplifters. Then managers and staff used to drag me back to the store as i endangered myself. Members of the public always helped me. I look stupid so people always help.

Have you not got one of those things that fasten round the top to get it loose? Or put your rubber gloves on to give you extra grip and try that

Put the top under running hot water for a minute then try to open it, or put a rubber glove on to help get a better grip.
