It's the same as when I use my dongle when up at Mam's Kit - you don't get more built up an area than Tyneside, but the dongle signal is so unpredictable - yet my mobile signal is great there

It drives me mad when I use it - but it is better than not being able to get online :eek:

GRRRR to dongles! I used to have one with t-mobile, and it was sooooooooooooooooooooo slow. I am still fighting with them to pay me back for months I had no signal at all, and ended up going to Virgin Media and getting broadband installed.

SW, £36 a month? I think you are paying less than me! I have medium tv and large broadband, free weekend calls which is useless for me, as we don't use the phone.

hmm, time to give them a ring and negotiate me thinks....

oh by the Way SW, told DH about what you suggested and he is very up for it, we are going to speak to his DR thank you so much!

What about asking for advice on the Techie forum boult? Someone there may be able to advise how to get the best out of your dongle - and when you find out, let me know so I can sort mine out too

Might have to go look on tech board, normaly just stick to DFW + diary's, old style, freebie's and coupon board's.
