Marru the reason you are demotivated is because you are so tired. You have just sat stinky exams, moved house, had illness with daughter to deal with and travellling abroad too! Bloomin' heck that's a lot. You need to have some 'me' time. Dont you think so everyone?

Beanie can't someone sort boiler out for you? Isn't there a housing association manager or someone that can push you up a list or something? I am getting really upset you are freezing in a cold house. It is probably contributing to some of the pain. Oh dear. Can't the GP push you on a priority with the boiler people? I am quite angry about this. Someone should help it is not right.

Cooked rice and then decided to have dry cornflakes for supper. Had the urge and it felt good.

Susan glad you are enjoying some chocs. I still have Mr 3dogs' xmas pressie in my fridge. We will open it when he isn't looking and you can help yourself!

yes, Stevie, I was talking about the 75% off sale,last night, started on line first, then in shops.

there will be a 90% off sale soon too probably but they won't have much stock left. Saying that I still grabbed some real bargains from my little local boots, but I was there as soon as they opened.

Definitely worth stocking up in the sales for xmas pressies for this year.
