Hello Boult and everyone. Are you having a good day?
Another NSD for me. Tomorrow is my last visit to the Cognitive Behavioural Therapist pyschologist person. After a year of it I do feel different. People say i am stronger than i was a year ago. I still wish i was more assertive and brave though. I have a fair bit of work to do today as i am planning to go to the town centre on the way to my appointment and visit some shops. I am going to visit some poundshops and see if i can save and have fun at the same time.
I hope Nohope is ok.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Evening boult, Kit and Steve - I am just about to go along to my friend/neighbour while Mr 3ogs takes 2 of our doggies out, then he will call in to take friend's dog out with our Bonnie - they are getting on real well and Bonnie loves to go into my friend's house as she cuddles her and gives her treats
So I will back in about an hour or so - see you then guys :j :j
