Hi Solventsoon, thanks for your reply the other day; theres so many posts on this thread it got lost........

If you could put me down for 6 on the official list it would be appreciated, I've managed 3 so far this month after days 2 & 3 over the weekend but don't want to run before I can walk.

    Thanks,

Will do, HeadAbove, I'll update you (if you'll excuse the expression:D) when I do the next roundup. I know what you mean about the number of posts ......

Well done for the 3 so far, you're doing brilliantly!:T

Not your money, Emma, it's a pressie, of course you can have an NSD provided you don't spend any of your money:D. There, was that the answer you wanted?:D

:T Exactly the answer I was looking for :D. In that case may I declare today as number 5 please
and if that wasnt enough I am now the proud owner of a food slicer :o Its the little things that keep me happy :rotfl:

  • Another NSD yesterday so that takes me up to 3. Today wont be a NSD as have my Zumba class tonight which is helping me get fit and is also my social life at the mo as I am cutting out going out. My two classes a week work out cheaper than the gym membership I used to have plus I clash it with needing to pop into my fourth little job so save petrol. Aiming for tomorrow to be a NSD. To hit my target I need to have a least 3 NSD a week, so have programmed Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday as NSD.
    MAY NSD's

  • This is an interesting idea which really appeals. I'm terrible for online browsing. Can I just ask, though, on the whole do people count food shopping as a 'spend day'? I tend to buy little and often, so would only ever manage a couple of days if I counted food. If I don;t count food, is that a bit of a cop out??

before I commit to joining I'd quite like your thoughts please!
  • Hi

I'm new to this forum but started to embrace the NSD theory last year. This year my target will be 10 NSD per month and I have managed 3 so far this year.

Good luck everyone and I look forward to watching the challenge unfold.

    :hello:Hi Hopeless Case and welcome
Yes, it is total number of days in the month, you're right. Some of us also go for days in a row, that's what that post is about. well.

Ah I misunderstood. I can go for total NSDs in a month (I think ).
    Please 'enlist' me! :j

Seeing as it's already 10th Jan and there are 21 days left, I'm going to start gently-ish and ask to start with a Jan target of 12 please. It's going to mean no more impromptu visits to supers on the way home. Goodness knows how many of them I do a month... And I shall count anything that requires handing over my card (literally or online).

EDIT: Yikes. Just thought. This will be hard. Currently off work recovering form illness. When I'm back, it means I 'can't' buy food and drink when it's coffee break time...
  • Hi folks,

Well I managed another NSD yesterday, so that is 3/12 for Jan so far
