Going for a nsd today, hopefully my grandson won't want to stop off at the sweetie shop. I'm going to get him helping me to decorate the chicken and ham pies I made with the left over chicken from the carcass and ham trimmings... Very old style but yummy

Spoony and Slowly, hope you're both feeling better very soon

Like the sound of the chicken and ham pies, mp, scrummy:D:D

Much better today, thanks, back to my old self again after a somewhat carp week. I think January is having its usual effect on all of us this year:(

    Take care

A belated "Happy Birthday", ebayqueen. Hope you had a lovely day. I think some cake and balloons are required - we love a celebration here:D

Hi everyone, I haven't officially joined this challenge, but as you can see from my sig, I am trying to get as many NSD's as possible this year!

    Hi ruby_eskimo
Welcome to the NSD challenge. If you would like to join us officially for February you will be very welcome. I'll be posting the new thread over the weekend and will put a link on here, we'd love to see you there. Otherwise, you're welcome to pop in occasionally for some support.

Good luck with getting loads of NSDs this year.

Hope your friend is OK?

    :)Good morning everyone,

Thanks so much for all the :grouphug: and kind wishes - it really means a lot!

No NSD yesterday - OH and I went out for breakfast as we realised we'd not eaten anything for about 2 days! Decided to treat ourselves to a lovely big Scottish breakfast.( Same as an English, but with haggis;) )Had to do a bit of shopping, then we just came home and had a nice quiet afternoon.
    He's ok under the circumstances.
Today will NOT be and NSD either ( in fact I can feel the kippers coming my way, Spoon) as the cat is going for his annual hairdo. He is a moody Persian with an aversion to combs, so every so often he needs knocking out and given a right good pruning! It aint cheap - £80:eek:
I also need to get some groceries and bird food for my feathered pals.

Have a lovely day everyone :)
