    You should not have 2 mice connected at the same time, this could be your problem.

    Tried that but still not working. I will have to take it back to Tesco.

    Have you tried removing the batteries and utting them back in again?

    Or another USB port?

    I have the technica wireless mouse from Tescos, works fine for me.

    Unplug the USB dongle, shut down, start up & plug in again when all up and running to see if it detects it again.

    Thank you but I have tried all this but have been unlucky to buy a faulty mouse and have obtained a refund.
