Tried that but still not working. I will have to take it back to Tesco.0

Have you tried removing the batteries and utting them back in again?
Or another USB port?
I have the technica wireless mouse from Tescos, works fine for me.
Unplug the USB dongle, shut down, start up & plug in again when all up and running to see if it detects it again.0 -
Thank you but I have tried all this but have been unlucky to buy a faulty mouse and have obtained a refund.0
