Not everyone can afford the luxury of egyptian cotton or whatever thread count graces your beds at home!
Everyone has their own personal tastes, in terms of style, and everyone is constrained by their own financial budgets. Each to their own.
I'm not enamoured by every single grabbit posted on this site but I at least try to refrain from being rude about what others may deem as "nice"! You may not have meant your comments to be insulting but, at best, it wasn't very tactful!0 -
Sorry, I let my common sense get the better of me, trying to warn people off buying this cheap piece of plastic tat was ill-advised.
Sorry once again.0 -
Actually I had a duvet set from the Littlewoods/ Empire sale last year. I decided to take as risk and see what the quality was like, as they offered free returns.
I was really surprised at how good the quality is, also washes well.0 -

Sorry once again.
Given the choice, I'm sure that most people would also prefer 100% cotton. If you want to be helpful then perhaps you could point everyone in the direction of some non-polyester bedlinen bargains?0 -
OK I will.
Picked up a couple of beautiful double duvet sets from Sainsbury in the last month, 75% off.
100% cotton.
Sleep cool & refreshed not hot & sticky.0 -

I actually wanted to get some of that stuff but it was OOS by the time I saw it. It's not often that you see cotton bedlinen at those kind of prices - lucky you!0 -
