im having the same problem (not with a tracksuit) buyer says they have not received the item because of the size it was sent via parcelforce and not recorded (cheers wife) so now ive had to refund the amount and try to claim through parcelforce.
Im hoping they can prove that it was collected we shall see.

Does parcelforce have online tracking? If not you'll lose a paypal claim whatever parcelforce say as paypal only take online proof of delivery.

It is a bit complicated trying to answer two different questions on the same thread, but if you paid for insurance and have confirmation that parcelforce have accepted the item then you should be fine asusming the item was actually allowed for the service you used. I'm not sure what the claim time frame is for parcelforce though.

So today the time limit for escalating the dispute to a claim elapsed. They didn't claim. I'm not sure why... attack of conscience? Can they dispute the transaction with paypal again or is it done?

    Thanks all.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?
  • I think that once a paypal claim has closed, whether the buyer has closed it himself or time has run out, it cannot be re-opened.
