im having the same problem (not with a tracksuit) buyer says they have not received the item because of the size it was sent via parcelforce and not recorded (cheers wife) so now ive had to refund the amount and try to claim through parcelforce.
Im hoping they can prove that it was collected we shall see.
Does parcelforce have online tracking? If they do have online tracking i have no number for them to track but the cost of the parcel is insured so im trying to claim that way just hope it works0 -

It is a bit complicated trying to answer two different questions on the same thread, but if you paid for insurance and have confirmation that parcelforce have accepted the item then you should be fine asusming the item was actually allowed for the service you used. So today the time limit for escalating the dispute to a claim elapsed. They didn't claim. I'm not sure why... attack of conscience? Can they dispute the transaction with paypal again or is it done?

I think that once a paypal claim has closed, whether the buyer has closed it himself or time has run out, it cannot be re-opened.0
