Maybe I get my parcels more often than others since boots is nottingham based so they may be more stock here and its easier and quicker to deliver to me??0

I live an hour from Nottingham and it still takes ages for me lol.
When I rang Boots today I told the girl on the phone that I had seen other people's parcels getting cancelled (store delivery ones). She agreed that it sounded odd and said she would raise the issue with someone. She also admitted that orders going to store go through a different process (whilst being confirmed and going to warehouse etc) to home delivery ones. Please God, help me stop spending!0 -

Lol maybe im lucky, plus my dad runs his own business and sends alot of parcels through DHL so everytime i order from boots and hes sending of a parcel by DHL the DHL delivery guy takes my dads parcels and gives my Boots parcel at the same time, so maybe thats why Boots dont cancel my orders as it saves them time if you get what i mean?0 -
