I rang them today after not receiving email to say it is ready for collection which should have been today, and was told that due to the technical issues, emails/texts are not being sent to confirm arrival of the ordered products to the store. SA checked with my local store and sure enough, my item has been waiting for me since yesterday.

So if you have not had the confirmation email to say your order has arrived to the store of your choice for collection, I would ring them to check. HTH

Whoop! Went to collect all my S&G goodies today including 2 value packs - Struggled out of Boots with 4 of the huge boots bags stuffed full of S&G! When they brought my order from the warehouse and i realised how much i had actually ordered i was like:eek::oLove it all though!
