I have had several orders cancelled from Boots recently and I am becoming convinced that people who ask for home delivery are more likely to get their order..these seem to get despatched first. I rang Boots to complain about my value pack being cancelled (after getting a confirmation email) and I told her other people who had ordered at the same time had received their items...she told me it depends on when the order gets to the warehouse, as some orders go 'quicker' than others. Seems odd to me. Not a good day for me with Boots as my sister (who had ordered sale stock Xmas Eve, had confirmation email, had rung Boots twice to ensure she was getting order) got a despatch email tonight stating some items had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Feels like a complete waste of time.

They had about 500 instock for a few days and we ordered them then - There is going to be more stock on Monday though apperently so good luck in getting one:)

I've only just received my dispatched email at 19.08 this evening & am due to collect on Fri from store. I would be annoyed if they cancelled now, especially as the money has been taken.

I'm really surprised & disappointed that some have had theirs cancelled as I though we ordered early??

Im surprised too - These sold so slowly in the first few days i didn't think there would be any problems with availability

I received my despatch email this evening around 8pm. I really hope it gets to the store ok, otherwise I Wont be a happy bunny!

I ordered mine to collect in store and it says dispatched on the Boots site, to collect 11/01

I cant belive peoples orders are being cancelled. Everyone was literally counting down how much was left in stock, thats how slow they were selling and now Boots are deciding to cancel orders due to low stock etc. Come on Boots what you playing at lol! Sorry to people that brought their value pack when it was in stock and has been cancelled, try ordering them to home delivery when they come back in stock is my best advise. HTH

It begs the question, why are orders being cancelled when more stock is expected. Mine still hasnt been dispatched either.
