I've also not had a dispatch email for the value set and am due to be collecting it on friday. I ordered just before this thread was started so hope there won't be a problem.
I'm also waiting for dispatch emails for 3 other boots orders made in the past 2 weeks. I've had them for 2 orders made later though. Confusing:rotfl:

My sister ordered her value set on the 3rd Jan, and also some sale stuff on 24th Dec. Both still say processing and both are supposed to be collected from store on Friday. I hope she has more luck than me!

ordered mine 31 December to collect in store and received cancellation email today due to lack of stock - was my first online order from Boots so don't know if this had anything to do with it
