    That kept happening to me as well on the national number you are supposed to ring. So in frustration I rang the 0800 number at the bottom of the page, lo and behold it went through to the same service as the national number and when I pressed the same menu numbers it was answered straight away.
    They've obviously put the calls they have to pay for (0800) on a faster throughput, cheeky.
    Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.

    you need to play your breakdown providers off against each other they are just out for your money . i work for the aa and have my breakdown with an other provider as i just can not trust the monkeys that call them selves patrols .
