Many thanks for the feedback. Must admit, I'd not noticed the message about meter readings on the website.

I've raised this with the people concerned.

I agree, the message on the Energy Tracker is confusing. This has already caused raised eyebrows from some of my colleagues and we've all fed this back. Will add your comments to this.

Just a quick update echoecho. The message on the Energy Tracker has been changed. It now reads as follows.

'We're sorry but we cannot compare your usage at the moment because we do not have any data for 2011 yet.'

Hopefully this is a bit less confusing. Thanks again for the feedback.

Can you maybe add on a wee bit like;

"However if you want to see your usage for the previous year please click "Previous Year" above the graph.!

I didn't notice this bit until echoecho pointed it out.
