Hiya all!
Just sorting through my order and seem to have more than usual missing or mixed up! I have got a customer who order the anew party pack from the sale brochure, the products have arrived in their sealed bag, but the sequin bag itself hasn't arrived...I'm not sure what to do and whether I should give her the products or not, will I need to save them to return the whole lot in order to get the bag do you think? No, you don't need to save them to get the bag. They can just send the bag out to you.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

This set doesn't come with the sequinned bag, remember seeing somewhere it was a printing error.0 -

As NB said, the offer did not include the bag - check your messages on your website. You should find confirmation there - will be a while ago now though. FYI neither of the offers on the top line on the back page of the C11 clearance flyer included the bags.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

It was a new Rep that I had just signed up. My ASM told me what roads she wanted her to cover, but didn't give me all the house numbers in each road. I went on to do what you have just explained, however the Rep wasn't on there at all.
Obviously my ASM hadn't assigned her the territory on the system yet. I thought maybe I needed to do this for her, as I am new I'm not 100% sure of who usually does what. So I put in the postcode and was expecting just to select the territory. However when I put the postcode in it didn't bring up the streets my ASM had asked me to give my new Rep. I was really tired at the time so I didn't click anything else I just exited the screen and left it. I went back to try and figure it out later and did the same thing but I couldn't select the roads she was meant to be doing. So I exited it again.
I think in future I will just ask my ASM for the roads and not bother with the mapping. I explained what happened to my ASM and asked for her to send me the report, so I had the house numbers and she replied saying leave it to the Rep to find the house numbers as she goes along.
Don't worry, every new level of Avon is a learning curve. SL's are able to request territory for new reps we sign up but we're not allowed just to search for free territory. (Per your earlier post, that's why you were locked out for 5 days.) SLs have a small window of opportunity to apply for territory, which is then reserved for that rep pending the outcome of Avon's credit check. Once they pass the credit check, you will get an alert on your SMA to advise that the territory is being offered to your rep and you then need to confirm/update. ASMs can only reserve what is free/unreserved and area goes by postcode (can mean one side of the street is allocated to one rep and the other side of the street to another!)

missminx - a random thing to bring up, but whatever happened with that school who became an "Avon school" for the village? I remember a few of us being sceptical about whether they'd keep it up so I was curious as to what happened. Are they still managing to drop flyers to the entire village every couple of weeks...? :rotfl: (not to mention that's not allowed).I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Lol, well remembered. I haven't seen flyers, or anything mentioned. I need to find out for definite. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be affecting me, so have just let it lie. Will find out and update you. I think you may well have been rightStill looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Must've been something that happened/was mentioned while I was away but on a similar note in my area we've been having problems with our 'local' Betterware man. He actually lives about 20 miles away but his partner is an Avon rep so he's been offering Avon via all the Betterware books he's been putting out. Deffo NOT helpful seeing as he gets all his B books free and their modus operandi is to cover entire streets/drop 3/400+ books a week minimum! Been going on since March and I keep complaining; gather IF something like this keeps happening then the rep in question can have their Avon a/c withdrawn but that's obviously a last step (and very hard to get the ASM to close an account if they're doing a lot of sales even if they are contravening Avon's T&C's).Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
