How to remove Antivirus 2010

Please run COMBOFIX
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)
I tried that. The combofix blue bar came up and then all disapeared. No results nothing.
By the way I uninstalled Microsoft security essentials earlier and re installed it, but it won't run that either says my access is denied.
There is obviously something on this notebook preventing any programs from trying to get to it?
I appreciate the help anyway...NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -

Did you go through the manual method in 1st link posted , at least I would hope you could disable enough of it to run malwarebytes or combofix.0

Thanks, but sort of beyond my ability really. I tried spyware doctor, but the malware disabled that too.

Have you tried renaming them when you download then?
Try RKILL.SCR0 -
Cleanest, most reliable approach is to re-install all the SW from the original manufacturers disks then restore the data from the backups you regularly took..
Cheers!

RKILL doesnt work?
I think the Rkill did work. I don't get any problems with the antivirus program in so far as the computer runs and works seemingly normally. but I am unable to get any spyware/malware programs to run a scan. They all crash or a notice comes up with access denied.
Basically I can get no security to work on the notebook, so have no protectionNO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0
