Our second family one is now marked as Posted and it was just "charged" before, so hopefully that's good news.

If yours are still showing just as "charged" that may mean nothing more than that they are out of stock and waiting new supplies before sending them.

That means it hasn't reached the dispatch stage yet. Be patient.

Just had email to say my DVD has now been posted! Stayed on 'charged' for ages, then was 'processing' but now on its way! Mine is the Amores Perros (aka: Love's A !!!!!) one.

Hopefully if anyone has still got "charged" that should be good news as previously posted. 2nd family one mentioned before has been delivered now and third and final one now showing as posted. Fantastic result on this and the Play daily star offers - thanks so much again to the OPs

Perhaps they're not doing organic DVDs any more and you'll have to settle for processed ones instead?

Woohoo, my dvd arrived this morning. I am really chuffed as I got Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Cheers!!
