24mth Orange contract...

I have a 24mth contract with orange which started on the 5/Feb/2010

On the contract it says End date : 06/05/12

Then it has "Days rolled over:89 days"

so...whats the soonest I can get an upgrade? *confused*

Your technically in a 27 month contract Orange allow early upgrade 3 months early so 6th Feb 2012 is the earliest

Is this the case for all Orange contracts? That's a little sneaky.

So, if someone on a 24 month was hoping to cancel at the end, they would have to wait another 3 months to get out of it?

No what seems to have happened with the OP is that they upgraded early last time (3 months early which Orange allow) however the remaining months get tacked on !
