    Was it done recently - do you have some sort of guarantee? ask them to come back and sort it out - you can blame sky for the poor signal. I suspect that it just needs aligning - moving it very slightly if you can reach it, should do it, but if you paid someone to do it, get them to sort it. If they are reputable, they won't want to be associated with a bad job.
