I have been to many Havens over the years and all of them more than once...
Devon Cliffs...Massive maybe better for the older kids but it has its own beach and excellent facilities
Rockley Park (my fav) great facilities and entertainment also with its own beach (well boat launching/fishing and crabbing beach)
Seaview...Small park and you can use the sister park Weymouth bay! you can cut through another park (waterside) to get down to bowleaze cove entertainment not all that
Combe haven....Well the entertainment there is my favourite and the facilities is quiet small and well I'd say its a different class of people ;) and I dont like Hastings beach.
Kiln Park...Gorgeous beach in Tenby with its own cut through shame about the Welsh weather though had 2 weeks in August and got sun for 1 day rain for 13! the park is dated but a nice spot if you are more interested in getting around Wales and the nice beaches.

Hth in decisions on which park you pick :)

also...I didnt get my paper today :/ do you know if the Daily mail print bonus tokens like the sun ones?

lol, we have also been to those ones except kiln park! I'd agree with what you've said too. we are going for devon cliff in easter and use the sun one for a wkend at butlins later ;)

    Annie,
Dates for UK are April 8th to July 14th then August 29th to end of season. Prices do vary across those dates but do encompass everything except the school summer hilidays, ie Easter, Whit and October half term (subject to the park still being open at that time) European dates are April 1st to April 7th, April 29th to June 30th thenSept 5th onwards, so only Whit and October half term available, if looking for school hols.

    Sunparks
If you are thinking of going to Sunparks, check their website first, as I can get October half term cheaper than this offer.

Can get a return ferry for about £80 ish, but was planning on using Tesco rewards for channel tunnel, would therefore not be any extra. Also in the offer small print, some dates around the October half term, the ferry is charged at a different rate.

Haven - used them a few times, accommodation is good, if you pay a little for the upgrade- it's a must - the basic are sink holes of grime.

However unless you have small kiddies or like poor enterntainment in a crushed tatty room - forget the passes - better value in local pubs/towns in the high season. In the low season - there isn't any anyhow, just annoying arcade machines.

The trick is - cheap sleep, go out for the day.
That way we have great 'surprise' breaks - surprise because we explore when we go, more fun that way.
  • Question - is the daily mail offer only for 3/4 nights in the uk? Thats all i can find on the details... I wanted 7 nights! Ty
The art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have :)
