Santander machine in branch STOLE my money!!!! Furious.

Zax47, your response is a bit OTT. My local HSBC has had cash counting machines for well over 3 years now, the benefit being that the money is credited directly to your account rather than having to wait 2-3 days for it to be taken out of an envelope, counted and deposited by cashiers.

Do people still walk in front of cars, waving flags, where you come from? :rotfl:

The entire response was frankly not urgent enough nor was I given an apology.!!!!poor service.

Well what you do op is move your money elsewhere and close the account and when asked why tell them you werent happy with the response from the manager

My local Santandar's in Bangor & Newtownards,County Down don't take envelopes either..
