Have been a freeview supporter but am in East Kent which has reception problems and this year has been poor so decided to go for this package.
Purchasing was easy and the gift box arrived a few days later. However trying to arrange installation was hassle with various excuses such as its not us its the sales dept, never heard of the package, am new to this, computer is running slow etc. 2 different people on 2 occasions yesterday said they would ring back and never did. Manageing to keep my lid on, I tried again this evening and I think it must have been a different shift on because the people at the Scottish call centre were right on the ball and could not have been more helpful. Installation in 4 days time. Why could they not have been like this yesterday?
My advice to those with the 16 digit number from the gift box is use the free number from SAYNOTO0870 and go through to INSTALLATIONS. Any hassles is then at their expense.
