Well I just did some quick calculation on the deal
Master mobile will be Paying £5.00 per month so for 3 month it be £15
The other 3 mobile who are the part of group would need to top up every 90 days to keep there line open so it be another £15.
For 3 month between 4 mobiles u paid £30.00 which turn out £10 per month
For Me it is not so attractive but may work for others.

    Hi,
I seem to be getting conflicting info from Vodafone CS

    1) One person said on Anynet (pay as U Talk) you just need to make one chargeable call every 90 days.

    2) The other said in addition too above u also need to do topup every 90 days.

Does anyone here have any info on this.

    regards

According to their T&C its 180 days, and you dont have to top up,you just make one chargeable call from your credit.

Only the group owner has to pay £5 a month as long as the other members of the group have some credit and make a chargeable call every 180 days they will be ok.

(ii) any topping up of your account);"

Having read all the FAQ's and terms and conditions can some one answer this:

    1) Do you have to be in credit to make a call? as in say i top-up £5 and use the £5 for the vodafone family, which i assume they take in advance and therefore i have no credits left, can i still call out to my chosen numbers? or do i have to have at least a 1p in my pay and go balance?

2)it says subject to Vodafone’s fair use policy exactly how many minutes is that a month?

If this works then i say it is better than £5 for five days unlimited calls and texts on T-Mobile mates rates, because for the month it would cost a total of £30.

i shall answer my own questions, as i have found the answers:
    1) you do not need to be in-credit
    2) no limit according to their customer services, if you go crazy they will give you a warning any ways
so this vodafone family is according to me the best option if you call 1 or 2 numbers all the time.
