well done to primus and bt openreach

for the last couple of days i've had an intermittent fault with my phone line , phoned primus customer support yesterday at 11-00am and a bt engineer wasat my house before 1-00pm and had it fixed in 1/2 an hour . as primus and bt customer services take a bit of a hiding on these forums i just thought i would post that it's not always the case :T:T:T
