I have received priority booking forms in the past everytime since we first booked one of these hols. When I didn't receive one I contact the Sun and was told people were chosen to receive them at random. Last year I received an email form the Sun telling me to watch out for my priority form in the post but it never arrived. On contacting them, they said tough the email was obviously an error and they couldn't provide me with one.

I did complain in writing and received a letter to give me priority booking without even collecting codes for the next time the offer was on.

However in the meantime I tried to book with a friends priority form and the online booking wasn't accepted because the address for the diret debit card did not match the address on the priority booking form. Eventually I booked using a family members priority form online and them paying using their own bank card.

Anyone know if this bank card address payment issue still exists?

Can anybody tell me if any of the sites allow dogs and were I would find that information?

Yes, we take our 2 dogs with us every year. Butlin's & Pontins don't allow dogs but most of the other sites do. If you check the websites for the individual resorts they tell you which ones take dogs, we've been to both Parkdean & Haven and most of their sites allow dogs. You have to phone up after you've received your Sun Holiday booking confirmation to book your Dogs in & there is a fee for taking them xx

    From the Haven Website:

Dogs are only welcome in Standard or Standard Plus Holiday Homes at all Parks except Burnham-on-Sea, Riviere Sands, or Half Board Holiday Homes. The supplement to bring your dog is £40 per week and £20 per short break (up to a maximum of two dogs per Holiday Home).

We reserve the right to decline the following breeds:
    Pitbull Terrier
    Dogo Argentino
    Filo Brasiliero
    Japanese Tosa

Please note: The management reserve the right to exclude any of the afore mentioned breeds if brought to our Parks, along with any dog which is out of control and/or showing signs of aggression.

There’s no charge for Registered Assistance dogs for disabled guests, in Self-Catering or Half Board accommodation. No other dogs are allowed in Half Board accommodation. If booking on-line, please exclude your Assistance dog from your booking then call our Customer Care team on 0871 230 1930 and press 1 between 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday to add them on.

For other pets, please contact the Park directly i.e. cats, hamsters, budgies etc. Their telephone number can be found by clicking on your chosen Park below.

We always take our two to Haven - our favourite (for the dogs :p) is Presthaven as the dogs can romp over the beach and the sand dunes which they love :D Costs us £40 for the two for a 4 day break but is worth it for us.

You must select FIVE PARKS from the 351 listed and FIVE HOLIDAY DATES from the list. Holidays from £9.50 can be taken between March 4 and May 27 or September 8 and November 28, 2011. Holidays from £15 can be taken on selected dates between May 30 and September 5, 2011. Some parks also offer Holidays from £9.50 during February half term.

Does anyone know what the seected dates are ???

The booklet that came with my priority form doesn't list any dates in August, I'm afraid.

    £15pp dates are:

    M-F (4 night breaks): May 30, June 6, 13, 20, 27, July 4, 11, 18
    F-M (3 night breaks): June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22

    Hi

Daily Mail form for uK breaks covers hols starting 2nd July or 2nd sep, nothing in between unless you wanted europe. It does have all dates in half terms though if that helps? Also the list of codes is posted on the Mail hols thread and all booking is online. Think the summer hols ones were the first to go as others managed August hols on the Daily Mail thread.

    HTH and good luck :)
