Why do you not need to buy the paper? Where do you get your codes from?

Guess what, the ebay trolls are out again, selling the newspaper codes, so I have started a listing of my own saying I will post the codes on there when they are out, do you think I will get into trouble for this? I had to put it on as a proper listing, so I have written please do not buy all over the listing and put it to go %100 to charity in case somebody does accidentally.

I wouldn't worry too much about people selling passwords, it will always happen same with the Tesco codes etc that you can find on here for free..

Was looking at some of the parks, and noticed most of them have more than 1 type of accommodation. Eg, caravan, apartment, chalet. Is it possible to choose which type you get, or is it pot luck? Intend to go with my parents who probably won't be keen on a caravan!

usually the static caravans are nicer than the apartments / chalets ,on some sites!

have a look at the site you are interested in,website for an idea of the standard of accom :)

Thanks, I take your point, but am still wondering if it's possible to choose when there's more than 1 type of accomodation?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Last year I wanted a lodge and booked online, I didnt know I actually had managed to get a lodge until my actual piece of paper confirmation came from the company. So in short, no I dont think you can choose initially but I am fairly sure they would let you upgrade to another type of accomodation. The upgrade I had last year was for a better and bigger lodge and an extra night for £60 more.

Can I ask how these apply, do you need tokens out of the paper and then a priority code???? I have never been on one but would like to try them. I dont ususally get a newspaper but if its worthwile would start reading!!!!
  • the priority code comes with a letter and only to those who have been on previous hols, you will need to collect the tokens in the paper (first today) you need 10 and then fill in the application form. You may be lucky if you get your name on thelist on mse and someone offers you a priority code, in which case you could book on line and possibly get the date/park you want. Otherwise the dates/parks are a bit hit and miss in that you may get the park but not the date you want or viceversa.
  • Can anybody tell me if any of the sites allow dogs and were I would find that information? Also can you book any of the sites for pure camping? ie with a tent?
